The MMA Conditioning Association does not teach any fighting tactics or strategies during the MMA workout and conditioning studies for the certification exam.  However, after the initial 70+ hours of study for the exam, members are given the ongoing education in techniques of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, wrestling, boxing, and Muay Thai.  Each month, the members of the MMA Conditioning Association are treated to loads of training videos and interviews from the top coaches, experts, sports dietitians, sports psychologists and doctors who specialize in MMA conditioning and workouts.
